How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive after ordering?

• Each item purchased is made to order, therefore, the typical turnaround time from purchase to delivery is 1-4 weeks. Delays can (and do) happen, but if you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I return or exchange an item?

• Each item purchased is made to order, so no additional inventory is stored and available for replacement. With that said, if you receive a damaged or defective item, reach out to [email protected] and we'll make it right. Please note, the item must have been received within 30 days and unworn and unwashed.

How much of my purchase is donated to the Crohn's and Colitis foundation?

• Each year (from January 1st to December 31st), merchandise sales profit (revenue minus expenses) that Inflammation Creations has generated from InflammationCreations.com is calculated. If profit has been generated, 10% of those profits are donated to the Crohn's and Colitis foundation as a personal donation from owner and founder, Chris. Profit allocated to 'Inflammation Creations Champions' (50% of select merchandise sales) is not included within this calculation. Note, the Crohn's and Colitis foundation is NOT affiliated with Inflammation Creations in any way.

Are 'Contributions to Inflammation Creations' included within the yearly profit calculation?

• Yes, the 'Contributions to Inflammation Creations' are considered within the yearly profit calculation as this would be additional revenue added to the business. Note, the Crohn's and Colitis foundation is NOT affiliated with Inflammation Creations in any way.

What is an Inflammation Creations Champion?

• An Inflammation Creations Champion is a person or entity who partners with the brand (Inflammation Creations) through a special piece (or pieces) of merchandise inspired by their battle with an inflammatory disease or illness. The Champion receives 50% of any profit made on the piece(s) of merchandise.

How do I become an Inflammation Creations Champion?
